I would like to recommend Orsini to anyone who especially loves Gucci and other Italian brands. Owner Sarah has all the Gucci Fine jewellery that the shop in Queen Street does not have and gives excellent service. She goes out of her way to get it 100% right and designs, alters, orders, drops off and gives super professional advice. Sarah was very helpful in helping me pick out a ring and choosing the diamonds that go in it. Her after sales service was also excellent. The process was very easy and the product delivery was exactly as described (and earlier than expected!). I have known Sarah from Orsini for just over 3 years. She is a very reliable , friendly and lovely lady, she always has a smile on her face.
She re-sized my engagement ring for me which was purchased in the States and I was very nervous about giving my ring to someone but Sarah assured me that it was in good hands and I had nothing to worry about. The ring came back in a couple of days just before my engagement party and I was very happy. We will be looking at getting wedding bands done with Sarah closer to the wedding.
